Who we are
Your facilitator and peer support specialist, Tammy, has not only “walked the walk” but also “talks the talk” of a survivor. She has healed from relationships that ended too soon, parental abandonment, and abuse. Tammy has the tools necessary to help you along your journey as well. Remember, healing is not a linear journey, but instead, it looks more like the path of a very long rollercoaster. Give yourself grace and the compassion shown to others while you work on building resilience and a path forward into the next stage of your life.
